Terms of Participation
I. Conditions for participation:
A condition for participating in 20th Krakow Tourism Salon is sending the Organiser the written agreement-application before February 28, 2010, /term of sending special promotion offer application - 31.12.2009/ in accordance with the attached sample, and making payments on defined deadlines.
II. Krakow Tourism Salon participation fee and payment deadlines:
1.
The amounts of fees for space rental and additional services are defined in the agreement-application.
2.
On applying for participation, an Exhibitor pays to the Organiser's account a prepayment of 50% costs calculated on the agreement–application, however, not later than 7 days after signed participation contract form. February 28, 2010 is the final deadline for paying the fees to the Organiser's account /31.12.2009 - special promotion offer/.
3.
The remaining 50% of calculated costs must be paid by the Exhibitor to the Organiser's account before March 28, 2010 /28.02.2010 - special promotion offer/.
4.
In case of the Exhibitor's resignation from participating in Krakow Tourism Salon before March 15, 2010, the Organiser shall charge the Exhibitor with handling costs of 20% of the ordered services costs.
5.
In case of the Exhibitor's resignation from participating in Krakow Tourism Salon after March 15, 2010, the Organiser shall charge the Exhibitor with full costs pertaining to ordered services.
6.
Resignation from participating in the 20th Krakow Tourism Salon requires written form.
7.
The Organiser reserves the right of failure to accept a participation application without stating the reasons. In such case the Exhibitor is entitled to full reimbursement of the prepayment. The Exhibitor is not entitled to any other compensation.
III. Organisation and allocation of stalls:
1.
The Organiser provides array trade show stalls in the form of boxes of OCTA elements as per the sent order.
2.
The Organiser selects the stall location taking into account the sequence of applications and the stall size.
3.
The number of exhibition stalls at the 20th Krakow Tourism Salon is limited.
4.
The Organiser is responsible for the stall arrangement. The stall must be arranged on April 08, 2010 at 16.00 – 20.00 or on April 09, 2009 at 8.00-10.00 and its liquidation must take place on April 11, 2009 at 15.00 –18.00.
5.
A condition for taking over the stall by the Exhibitor is proving the full payment for ordered services in the form of documents being the proof of transfers into the Organiser's account.
IV. Other terms:
1.
A rented stall can be subleased to other companies. The companies must be oficialy registred by Exhibitor.
2.
The Exhibitor is obliged to be present at the stall during Krakow Tourism Salon opening hours, i.e. on April 09, 2009, between 10.00 – 17.00, April 10, 2009 between 10.00 –18.00 and April 11, 2009 between 10.00-15.00.
3.
The Exhibitor shall be financially liable for damages done to exhibition and Congress Centre equipment.
4.
The Exhibitor should arrange an insurance from civil liability resulting from participation in the trade show and insurance of the exhibits.
5.
The Exhibitor is obliged to observe fire safety regulations and other regulations in force on the trade show premises.
6.
The Exhibitor is entitled to organise various advertising forms within his stall area on the condition that such advertising shall not interfere with the work of other Exhibitors.
7.
The Organiser shall not be liable for: damages due to theft, force majeure, damaged done to exhibits and the stall equipment before, during and after the trade show duration as well as duration of additional events.
8.
Liability exclusion shall not be subject to any limitations, despite separate provisions on special security measures arranged by the Organiser.
9.
The Organiser reserves the right to use the external walls of the Exhibitor's stall.
10.
The advertising outside the stall requires the Organiser's consent.
V. Final provisions:
1.
The Exhibitors are liable for damages and losses as well as the losses of the Organiser and third parties, cause by their failure to observe these regulations.
2.
The Organiser does not guarantee parking places at Krakow Tourism Salon duration.
3.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, shorten, postpone or partially close the event. The Exhibitor is not entitled to any compensation due to such reason.
4.
All litigation that may result form the participation in the 19th Krakow Tourism Salon shall be resolved by the appropriate Court in Krakow.
